Hello and THANK YOU in advance for your help. I just received my 'NEW' NX-8E panel with NX-148E-RF keypad and am trying to use DL900 software with an NX-588E interface. Every time I try to download (using F11) from the computer to the panel, I get the message 'error Reading data from module number 0.83'. Is there a way to download directly from the computer to the panel thru the NX-588E. Is it a two step process where I must go to the 588e and then to the panel?

Also, after doing the two step process, I was able to download some data (such as codes) but a lot of data seems to be omitted from the download and the LCD keypad does not show any information such as zone names, custom message, clock etc. Any and all help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!
