I don't have the Mac version but hopefully this is a similar solution. When you've selected the pen tool (or any other drawing tool of your choice) you need to select the little + symbol that says advanced next to it, a little way down under the tool selection panel. A few options should appear such as Quality, edge hardness etc. Then underneath all of these there are 3 options next to each other, Press: Dens, Size and Blend. I believe these are the options for pressure sensitivity.

I think Density is the opacity and size is the pressure. I don't use the pressure yet as I'm not too confident with it but, I hope this atleast helps a little. I should know since I looked everywhere on how to turn the damn thing off!
