We recently bought a house in the Bay Area and were told that it has a cracked in the terrazzo pan in one of the bathrooms (see pics). We would like to repair it, but not sure how to go about it. Due to cost overruns on other repairs we have had to make to the house, we would like to save money and DIY if possible. If not, we would at least like to learn enough about what needs to be done that we could give competent direction to a contractor and understand what, if anything, might go wrong with the project. Could anyone point us to a good resource for learning about how to fix this sort of thing?
